If you ask me what one of my favourite makeup brands are I would say, Charlotte Tilbury. A brand created by a talented makeup artist, Charlotte, for artists and for the everyday woman to create glowy magical looks. Before the brand was even available in Canada I shopped the line in Selfridges in London several years ago and more recently visited her flagship store in Covent Garden. Nowadays you can get the whole line at Sephora or directly on Charlotte’s website which ships any order for free and from within Canada, aka no duties!! Since I’ve been a fan for so many years you could imagine that I was thrilled to find out I was lucky enough to have Faulhaber Communications send some amazing products to add to my kit and without a doubt, the whole ‘Pillow Talk’ range has been in heavy rotation already! The eyeshadow palette has four different shades, a shimmery soft pink that could be used all over, two matte shadows to create depth and then a shimmer shade to add a pop to your makeup look. The best part about her eyeshadow quad palettes is that on the back it gives you some ideas on where to place each shadow. The colours of this palette are the perfect pink tone that is sophisticated and modern. I’ve been loving her eye blender brush to give a soft wash of colour in my crease and I am looking forward to trying more of the brushes in the line. They are lightweight and seem to be really good quality as well. The next product I was using to achieve that monochromatic pink look was the Pillow Talk blush, which at first glance I wasn’t sure that I would love and now I have been reaching for it daily. It’s a blush that would compliment any eye makeup look or tone as well as lipstick shade. To finish the look off you can use her Lip Cheat lip liner in Pillow Talk to a line and fill out your lips. I think I have gone through 5 of these lip liners already and use it in my kit on almost everyone as I find it’s the perfect, your lips but better shade. The monochromatic pink toned look is going to be really big for spring summer I can just feel it
